This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Streatos (“Streatos”, “we”, “us”) collects through streatos.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.

Information we collect
- Contact enquiries: your name, mobile number, email address, city or district, your role (customer, vendor, restaurant and so on), and the message you write.
- Vendor registration: your name, business or brand name, contact details, location, product and category details, prices and supply capacity, years of experience, and, where you provide them, GST and FSSAI licence numbers.
- Device and usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting and security providers record automatically.
- On your device: this website saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser. The language selector uses Google Translate, which may set its own cookie to remember your language.
We do not ask for payment card details through the forms on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give customer or vendor support.
- To review vendor registrations, verify businesses, and connect vendors with the right Streatos branch.
- To process, deliver and support orders when online ordering is available.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To send updates about Streatos, only where you have agreed or the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run Streatos: our form service (Web3Forms), email provider (Zoho Mail), website hosting and DNS (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare), Google Fonts and Google Translate, and delivery, payment and technology partners when ordering is available. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Streatos branches and team members who need it to handle your request.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide ongoing support, or to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our mailboxes. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Write to support@streatos.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
