About Streatos
Streatos brings products and food from India’s smaller cities and regions to customers. We source products from vendors, pack them under the Streatos brand, and sell them through Streatos marts, restaurants, our website and online platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

- Use it only for lawful purposes and do not misuse it, attempt to break its security, or submit false information.
- The information on this website is for general guidance. We work to keep it accurate but may change or remove content at any time.
- Some features, such as online shopping, restaurants, order tracking and vendor login, may not be live yet. Where a page says “coming soon”, it is not yet available.
Orders and pricing
- Where online ordering is available, an order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the product.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- Products are subject to availability. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any amount paid.
- Product photos are for illustration. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, size and appearance.
Products and food safety
Streatos packs products in line with applicable food-safety and labelling rules. Please read the label for ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and the best-before date. If you have an allergy or medical condition, check the ingredients before you consume a product.
Refunds, cancellation and delivery

Intellectual property
The Streatos name, logo, packaging, text, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law, disputes will be heard by the courts having jurisdiction at , in India.
