These Vendor Terms apply when you register on streatos.com as a vendor, or supply products to Streatos (“Streatos”). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where you and Streatos sign a separate supply agreement or purchase order, that document applies to the specific supply and takes priority if there is a conflict.
How Streatos works with vendors
A vendor supplies a product to Streatos. Streatos buys the product, packs it under the Streatos brand, and sells it through Streatos marts, restaurants, our website and online platforms. Streatos is the seller to the customer. You remain responsible for the product until it is accepted by Streatos.
Registration is not approval
- Registering and submitting your details does not guarantee that your product will be approved, listed or purchased.
- We may accept, reject, pause or stop working with any vendor or product, for example after verification, sampling or quality checks.
- Streatos has no obligation to buy any minimum quantity unless agreed in writing.
- Branch staff help vendors with registration, documents and onboarding, but they cannot promise approval, prices or purchase quantities on behalf of Streatos unless the promise is confirmed in writing by Streatos.
Your responsibilities
By registering, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is true, complete and kept up to date;
- you have the legal right to supply the product;
- the product is safe, genuine, not adulterated, and matches the description, grade and quality you gave;
- you hold and will maintain the licences, registrations and approvals required for your product, such as FSSAI, GST and any others that apply, and will give us copies on request;
- you will follow applicable laws on food safety, weights and measures, labelling, environment and employment.
Samples, quality and acceptance
We may ask for samples, photographs, lab reports or a visit to your production site. We may reject any consignment that does not meet the agreed quality, quantity, shelf-life or documentation standards, and you will take back or bear the cost of replacing rejected goods as agreed.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices, quantities, delivery schedules and payment terms are agreed for each supply, in writing (for example in a purchase order or message from an authorised Streatos team member). Taxes are charged as the law requires. The “current price” and “supply capacity” you enter on the registration form are for assessment only and are not an offer or order.
Packaging and branding
You allow Streatos to pack, label, brand, photograph and sell your product under the Streatos name and to describe its origin accurately. Streatos owns the Streatos brand, labels and packaging. You keep ownership of your own name, brand and trademarks and allow Streatos to mention them where the origin is shared, such as in Product Stories, with your consent.
Recalls and complaints
If a product is found to be unsafe or non-compliant, you will cooperate fully with any recall, investigation or customer complaint, and you will be responsible for the costs caused by your breach of these terms.
Confidentiality and data
Keep Streatos pricing, plans and customer information confidential. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending the relationship
Either party may stop working together by giving written notice. Supplies already accepted or in transit are completed or settled as agreed. Clauses that by their nature should continue, such as quality responsibility, confidentiality and liability, continue after the relationship ends.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate Streatos for losses, claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from defects in the product you supplied. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts having jurisdiction at , in India.
